Mobile app

I’ve created a mobile app. My problem is when I look at it on my cell, it’s correct. However, at the bottom, it says ‘view mobile site’, not full site. When I click on ‘view mobile site’, I get an incorrect view without the menu. At its bottom, it says ‘view full site’. When I do, I’m at the mobile site.
How can I correct this?

What do you mean you created a mobile app? It is not possible to host a mobile app on WordPress.com.
The reason your site looks different on mobile is because you have the default mobile theme enabled at https://wvrmap.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options
That theme is only meant to be used if the theme on your site is not already mobile friendly, and will not show any custom menus or widgets set in your theme, as it is a completely different theme. However, all our current themes are already mobile friendly, including the one on your site, so you don’t actually need to use that mobile theme. Disable the mobile theme, and the mobile version of your site’s actual theme will show instead if you view the site on a mobile device.
