    Can I build a mobile app as a feature of my WordPress account? If I need to upgrade for this feature, what level do I need to upgrade to?

    Hi @threehungryteens, it depends on how you go about it. If you have a programmer or have hired a company who will be building it for you, you’d really just need the WordPress.com api, and that’s included with all accounts here:

    But, if you need to add plugins — and there are plugins that can help you make an app — I’d recommend the Business Plan:

    That includes hosting, SSL, maintenance, and support as well. You could also use your own WordPress installation with another host, though, if you don’t mind managing the hosting, maintenance, etc. on your own.
