mobile app crashing, not receiving notifications?

Hmm, I was under the impression that my blog was “uncategorized” and that each tag amplified visibility, I.e. The more tags, the more categories, the more visibility? I’ll have to re-read some stuff.

If I now after publication remove some tags will I increase visibility? Or, is once published no longer editable regarding tags and categories?

We hide posts with more than 15 categories + tags from the Reader, regardless of the tags:

At this point, the post has already gone out, so while you can edit your tags, it’s not going to update the feed. You can either recreate and republish the post, or just keep this in mind for the next time.

Thanks, I learn a little something everyday. Your help is invaluable!

I did go through the exercise of republishing with fewer tags and deleting the earlier post…it’s good practice!

That’s great. I’m always glad to help. :)

Happy New Year! And, just to say, all technical things seem to be moving well, thanks again!

And, here is an interesting new twist-In a Google search of my blog I found 2 of my posted images displayed on an outside website.
    http://funylool.com/whether-summer-winter-when-they-happy-anton-chekhov.html

While proper credit is given to me along with a working link back to my blog , I was not asked permission before hand to use my images.

The real problem occurred when I clicked directly on one of my images on their site…it set off a barrage of opening multiple advertising and porn windows/tabs.

Pretty easily I was able to find some domain-server info on this site including a couple of email addys. I sent a request asking that images be removed from their site, thanking them for proper credit and also explaining the ad and porn windows opening.

I did just this morning get one response asking which links I would like deleted from their site…I responded…yet some hours later I still see my photos and link to my blog on their site. I’ve saved the emails…

Weird stuff this Public Domain, Intellectual Property Copy Rights…I suppose I’ll give it another day or so and just see what happens…

    Any Advice?

If someone is reposting your content without permission on a site hosted on WordPress.com, you can file a DMCA notice.

If the site is not hosted on WordPress.com (you can tell by looking at the footer), then you will need to try to figure out their hosting provider and contact that entity directly.

In this case, however, it looks like they make it easy for you:

Hopefully they comply with your request.

Also, just a friendly tip: it’s really helpful for us if you create a new thread for unrelated questions, so we can track these things separately. (Having said that, I still have no update for your previous issue.)
