  Mobile App performance

  My mobile app has a performance score of 36 (supposedly this theme supports mobility, not that you can tell by the performance score).

  I have customers trying to order from the mobile app and can’t even add products to the cart! That’s not conducive to becoming a profitable or successful business!

  I really need to get this fixed!

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted. According to https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/http-theartistpuzzles-com/s970l300dn?form_factor=desktop your site has a poor performance on mobile and desktop. As you have to solve this problem yourself, I would start by contacting support of your hosting provider as this is obviously a hosting problem.
