Mobile assistance – white screen, posts not showing up with any content

  My web designer made some tweaks to my website and added a shop page (this hasn’t gone live yet) and is currently off for the holidays so I can’t get hold of her. The site looks fine and works really well but I’ve just noticed that on mobile, when you click on any of the posts, it just goes to a white screen and has no content. Please help! Really want this fixed ASAP as it’s fine on web but not on mobile.

  Thanks for the link. taylormagazine.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy (rather than WordPress.com). The differences between the two are listed here:

  We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites but support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:

  The creators of the Soledad theme (PenciDesign) you are using also have their own support area:

  Hi there,

  On the link you sent me, it won’t let me log in. It keeps saying email address isn’t recognised and I can’t access the page to be able to get support from there.

  Oh! Where did you purchase the theme from? There may be some instructions for accessing the theme’s support there.

  Unfortunately as I mentioned in my first message it was set up by a web designer for us who is off for the holidays so I don’t have the information on where the theme was purchased. But WordPress.Org isn’t allowing me to log-in so I can’t get any help from there.

  I am kinda having the same problem. My site is a wordpress.com site.

  The computer version is great but there are many things missing from the mobile and tablet version.

  I contacted my hosting and they said it was a word cache problem. I am not sure what that means. This is my first WP site that I have every built.
