Mobile blog posts per page

  Hi
  I want to be able to extend the number of blog posts that are shown on the mobile front page view from 5 to 13. This is possible on the main front page in site – settings- writing, doesn’t affect the mobile view.
  Can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
