Hello there,
Will you please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog post in question so we can examine it and help you? This can happen when one first begins to blog and they fail to set up their own local timezone on this page > Settings > General The default setting is UTC time until we personalize it. Note that adjusting the timezone there is not retroactive. That means one has to edit posts following the change and correct the timestamps in the Publish module and then click “update”.
Another cause can be setting the post as a sticky post. By removing the “sticky” designation in the Publish module and clicking “update” that can be corrected as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts

Thank you for your response. The blog is http://www.gttour.wordpress.com.
I can find my dashboard, but where is my publish
module. I am the blogging by using the sharing function for photos on my android
Phone. Is there a mobile editing function other than calling up the dashboard? -
where is my publish module
On every post and page we create in the far right hand column we find the big blue “publish” (update) button. It’s in the Publish module. http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/
If you are using the app written by WordPress you may be able to get help here http://android.forums.wordpress.org/
