MOBILE CONFIGURATION

Heres the issue. My website looks fine on mobile and desktop as I have configured both to look nice. The issue is on mobile there is horizontal scrolling for some reason which basically means viewers can scroll the screen all the way to the right and have half of their screen white etc. There is a box for my form that sticks out most of the way on mobile but even when ive fixed this nothing changes. I put css into my form and it has disabled the ability to move horizontally which is what I need by I can not longer move vertically without it being clunky and stopping etc.
