Mobile device issues

    I used a mobile plug in. Looks great in preview. When I open site on mobile, it is not formatted properly. I have an iPhone, not sure if same on other mobile devices. What’s the best fix? Thank you

    Hi there!

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to the plugin developer to see why it’s not working properly on your site. Since they created the plugin they’re going to be the best ones to help troubleshoot the issue.
