mobile devices being redirected to porn site

  Recently I installed wordpress on my host website. every once in a while when using a mobile device to access the site it redirects to porn. What is going on with that? It seems like this is a common issue (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/visitors-on-mobile-devices-are-redirected-to-xxx-site?replies=5#post-1235111).

  This is the site: mywodhq.com/feed/ where the problem is happening.

  How do I stop this and prevent it further in the future?!
