Mobile Display

Mobile not displaying the same as in the editor. The mobile view looks good in the editor (I am using Elementor) but when I view the website on mobile it does not display correctly at all.

I have done absolutely everything from deactivating plugins, changing the theme, updating Elementor and WordPress to the latest versions, clearing all cache on all devices – nothing works.

    Any advice or suggestions?
    TIA

It is recommended to get in touch with your hosting support, or you can contact Elementor support so they can take a closer look at your issue and assist you.

    Hi Faisal,

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately the hosting company says I must contact Elementor to resolve this issue, and Elementor support is not available to people using the free version…

Is there any other advice you can provide, please? I have been stuck for a while and keep struggling.

    Many thanks!

We really can’t help with third party plugins as Elementor because we have no clue how it works and how it’s coded.

You could try to contact support of the theme you are using as the problem could be caused by a flaw in the interaction of your theme and elementor.

A quick fix for the mobile display issue could be to switch to a default theme temporarily to see if the problem is related to your current theme. Additionally, clearing your browser cache or checking on different devices may help resolve the display issue.
