Mobile Drop Down Menu

    Hi! When I look at my site on the mobile dropdown menu, it is difficult to read since the font and the background are both white. How do I change the font/background color for the mobile dropdown menu? The theme I am using is Propel (most of the responses I have seen about this topic depend on the theme.)
