Mobile email subscription for users?

    my business cards feel useless because a lot of people that I give them to have smartphones!
    But the mobile version of my blog is an endless scroll with no option for them to subscribe via email, heck, even at all!
    I just want a small subscribe via email: thing at the top of the site before blog posts that has a place to enter your email to subscribe.
