You can disable the display of the Mobile theme which is a completely different theme at > Dashboard > Appearance > Mobile

Thank you time thief for the quick response.
I already tried that option but without success. with the option “Enable mobile theme” marked as “no” when I check the site on iPhone the theme automatically adjusts the screen. What I want is that the display in iPhone is equal to pc.
sorry for my poor english…..
thanks

The theme is probably a responsive layout theme. Responsive layout means it automatically and adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles, sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

Timethief the widely theme that i use is effectively a responsive layout theme. If i understand your comments o presume that i can´t turn this responsive theme to a “non-responsive” theme. Am I right?
Thanks

I don’t help with CSS editing but I do believe you could disable the responsiveness. Please wait for another Volunteer or Staff who helps with CSS editing assist you.

It’s really complicated to “undo” CSS media queries/dynamic layouts that are optimised for smartphones and tablet devices, you are probably better off picking a fixed width theme from the theme showcase if you want it to look the same on a mobile as on a desktop.
I recommend sticking with your current mobile-friendly theme though – smartphone users will just stop visiting your site if it’s difficult to navigate and the current layout will work much better for them.

Thanks for the prompt responses.I will follow the suggestion of halluke and maintain the responsiveness of the site.
