Mobile-Friendly Test error – clickable elements too close together

Hello! Recently I made blog on WordPress. It is very convenient CMS for blogging and publish posts. But I don’t understand how to pass the Google mobile friendly test on post pages where includes photos, like this http://marketertricks.com/instagram/instagram-statistics

It looks like marketertricks.com is a self hosted WordPress site (not on WordPress.com). the forums here are more for WordPress.com hosted sites :)
Looking at Google’s test results, it doesn’t look like it tells you which elements are too close together, which is unfortunate, as it makes it hard to tell if it’s something you’ve added to a post or page in your content, or if it’s an element of the theme.
I’d recommend running it by the theme author on their support forum so they can take a look at the theme to see what’s going on :)
