Mobile Friendly Website

    I am having troubles with the mobile friendly aspect of my website. On my website I have a slider at the top and a menu bar under the slider, as you scroll down the menu eventually moves to the top of your browser and there is a picture of a family and a sidebar to your right. When I am on my desktop I can see this perfectly but when I minimize the screen it takes away the slider and puts the sidebar under the picture of the family, this is the same on all mobile devices and tablets. I have tried multiple plugins and different codes but it doesn’t seem to work.
