  Thanks for the advice! Is there a way to set up the mobile layout to use the excerpts/summaries I’ve already specified for each post instead of the first 6 lines?

  And when I select for it to show featured images, it isn’t showing any of my featured images.

  I did some testing; it shows an excerpt of the post but not “the excerpt” . I’ll file a report on that. Do note though that since almost all of our themes are mobile friendly now, this older mobile theme may not be in active development, so it might be a bit.

  The featured image is working for me, though. If you want to re-enable it on your site, I can troubleshoot that.

  Also, I did a bit more digging and it looks like this mobile theme was designed to override the regular excerpt with this pared down version of the content. So, we may not be able to change this since it was designed to work that way. But do know we’re checking into this anyway. :)

  Thanks @guestpostapoliticalparadox, I confirmed it was an intentional design choice in this theme. Also, the older mobile theme won’t be available much longer for sites that are not already using it (given that AMP is similar and more updated).

  Your other option is to use a theme that offers a site logo. I hope that helps.
