  How do I make the mobile and tablet headers show up correctly?

  It just crops it.

  When I try to change the mobile and/or tablet headers, it changes the desktop header too.

  You can’t even currently see my title on mobile.

  I haven’t received any help on the forum (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/mobile-header-1?replies=2), so I wanted to request help here.
