Mobile Header

I’m new to WordPress.org with no experience with CSS. For my website I found it difficult to find a theme that would would give me the flexibility I wanted in designing my header, so I ended up just choosing my favourite theme and creating my header externally and uploading it as a header image. Unfortunately the image is then cropped on mobile screens. I’d like to replace the desktop header image with just a logo for viewing on mobile devices. Is there a relatively simple code I can use to do this and if so exactly where in the theme code do I paste it? The theme I’m using is ONLINE BLOG by THEMEMATTIC TEAM -

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
