mobile header and scrolling

    Hi I am having trouble with the mobile side the header and the page name has a big gap and it is falling down into the picture. under about Lonnell and contacts us. Then I can’t keep the pictures on the mobile side from scrolling real slow buy it does it off and on could that just be the internet service.. I would like to have them stationary. Sure hope you can help thanks so much
