Mobile header image not working- showing gray box instead of photo

When I publish my site, the mobile header does not work and shows a gray box. The desktop site looks great. This is messed up on both ipad and cell phone. I have all my plug ins and wordpress up to date.

Hi, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? I checked both associated with this account, and neither seems to have this issue.
