Mobile header too large

  I created a custom header for Suits theme. Looks great on PC but jpeg is too large for Ipad. I have mobile theme turned on. Header is Looks good on Iphone. Suggested width is 960 pixels x height 180 pixels and that is what I have uploaded. Any suggestions?
