Mobile menu breaks website

  No idea whats happening but when I hit the hamburger menu on mobile, the site doubles in width, a background image appears (which I have since replaced but it still remains on mobile behind the new background image) and the whole design breaks. You have to slide the site over to even see the menu. When the menu is collapsed though, the site width is fixed to mobile and perfectly fine. No idea what’s going on. Help!!
