Mobile Menu/Button/Shopping Not Working

  I have read at least 20 articles from WP Support on how to fix this and none of them are working. I deactivated and reactived ALL plugins, cleared my cache (multiple times) and the mobile/tablet sites do NOT work. I need real, tangible help as I’ve done tons of research and tried everything that has been suggested so far and it still doesn’t work. For the record, it DOES work on my mom’s android but does not work on mine nor my husband’s iPhone 12 nor his iPad.
