Mobile Menu not collapsing

The mobile menu is not collapsing on my website. I’m using the Karuna theme from @automattic. The desktop version is pretty much exactly what I want, but the mobile version’s biggest issue at the moment is that the menu is staying open and there’s no way to close it. Tapping on the menu button doesn’t do anything. Their website says to post to the forums instead of contacting them directly so I’m hoping to get this resolved soon.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As a starting point, the first troubleshooting step would be to deactivate all plugins to see if that resolves the problem. If so, reactivate them one-by-one to find the culprit.
