Mobile menu not showing anymore, Microsoft header images issues.

I am not sure what happened. I have some custom CSS on this subdomain lakeviewwm.wildwoodagency.com for header size issues. Now the mobile menu doesn’t come up on a cell phone (iphone) – just the web view. Also my header images look really bad in Microsoft Edge and Explorer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
