Mobile Menu not working on Vogue theme

  I am a beginner here and have no idea how to fix this issue. My mobile menu does not expand when I click on it. I have tried to use other menu plugins but I have the same issue. I also looked for any syntax errors but didn’t find much. Any ideas on how to fix this?

  That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, and we didn’t make the theme you’re using.
