Mobile Menu: Submenu Items Not Working

  Problem: Menu items “Shop My Designs” and “FAQ & Policies” have submenus. They work as intended on a computer browser when the regular version of the menu shows. On the mobile menu, tapping them should open their submenu, but instead the whole menu closes and goes back to the current web page.

  Those two main menu items are titles with no links (I tried both # for the URL, and leaving them blank). I contacted the theme author, they just said it should work. I tried deactivating the few plugins that are on the site. I’ve searched around and nothing I’ve found has solved the issue. There is some “additional CSS” on the site, but I don’t think it should be causing this issue (I could be wrong). I’m hoping someone can take a look at what is going wrong and let me know how to fix it.
