Mobile Navigation Link?

  I am developing a mobile app, and will be using wordpress as pages for the app. I am trying to make a link that will allow users to click on link to a real physical address, and then have the link open the cell phones “navigation maps” to give directions to the address. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
