Mobile not displaying corrrectly

Bought the Restaurant theme by Organic. When we reduce the width of our browser window it shows correctly with the big fat menu button and long scroll. However all mobile devices appear as a full (but resized to fit) webpage with teeny menu buttons along the top. I need your help making the mobile and tablet view work like it shows on the computer with a narrow browser. Thank you.

    My URL is blondiesgrille.com
The url I had to enter below was the subdomain I used while creating it. Now it is live at http://www.blondiesgrille.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

BTW there is no mobile subfolder under Appearance…at least, I can’t find it.
