Mobile page is all over the place

Basically my desktop site is perfect and whenever I do changes, my mobiles page just remains the same, I’ve tried all source of plugins, I deactivated plug-ins and activated them again, I’ve cleared cache, I’ve installed other theme but nothing works, please I’m trying to find a solution for over 3 days now.
