Mobile preview different from actual mobile view

Hi, I’m building a website and when I preview the mobile view from WordPress it looks okay but when I load the website from an actual mobile it looks different, it looks like the desktop view. I don’t understand why it looks different in the preview than in the actual mobile view

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
