Mobile Responsive Issue with WordPress Theme

  I’m using WordPress CMS and have developed my site but there is one issue when I checked my site manually it shows everything is ok but when I checked with the help of the tool it shows the site is not mobile friendly.
  Suggest which result is ok you can check my site and tell me things if there is need any improvements
