Mobile scaling issue with 2014

  Hi. I’ve recently been tasked with learning my way around wordpress so I can maintain our store website. I’ve been getting the hang of it, and everything looks correct on the desktop, but the display on mobile devices has a little bit of the background showing through on the right side. I can’t figure out how to get the site to scale the width of the screen.
