  I bought a mobile friendly theme and it doesn’t work. I did the google mobile friendly test and it was reject. I tried setting up responsive plugins. I looked for adjusting my responsiveness in my appearance tab. I feel like I’ve tried everything and need help. Is there someone I can call who can just fix it for me?

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your theme developer.
