Mobile Site Different From Full Site

  When I view my site (www.neilsarkar.org) on a desktop, it shows the full site where all of my articles can be viewed. However, when I view my site from a phone, all it shows is the contact form. The user then has to click on full site in order to truly experience my website. Why does the mobile site only show the form? How can I fix the mobile site so that it mirrors the full site in regards to all the articles being present? Thank you for your time and input!

  It looks like you have a self hosted WordPress.org website and not one hosted on WordPress.com.
