Mobile site has random emojis everywhere

  Hi, Some, and not all, of the time our mobile site has random emojis instead of the intended symbol. We first noticed it where the cart button in the top right was a smily face with love heart eyes but there is places around the site that have it. Any ideas? Is this a virus?

  icons sometimes dont appear also. both on desktop and mobile
