Mobile Site has weird popup

  When I visit my site on a mobile device it immediately gives me some weird sweepstakes type popup that you cannot back your way out of. How would I go about fixing this problem?

  Hi there,

  Can you please provide all of the following:

  • Your device/browser and operating system.
  • Your IP address – go to whatismyip.com and take a screen shot of that page. Then upload that screen shot at My Site ->Media. Please do not post the IP here in the public forums.
  • The exact URL of the page/post that showed the ad.
  • What was being advertised​.
  • The URL that the ad takes you to.
  • If possible, a screenshot of the ad that hijacked the browser.

  This is most likely an advertiser that managed to sneak an ad that’s not allowed past our ad network partner’s checks, but we’ll need this info to track down the correct ad and advertiser so we can report them to our ad provider.
