Mobile site looks right in editor, but is different IRL

  Hi!
  Does anyone have any idea what could cause this issue? I’ve edited the mobile site and it looks sweet in the editor and has the same theme as is seen in the desktop version. IRL though, it looks completely different. Like it’s a totally different theme.

  The free website builder has been used, and the owner of the site does not want to upgrade. We’ve used the Balasana theme.

  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

  The theme you are using has built-in mobile-responsive design, but in this case you are overriding that by turning on the “default” mobile theme we offer for sites that use older themes that are non-responsive.

  Can you change all the settings on this page to “no” and save your changes? This will turn off the default mobile theme, so your theme can use it’s built-in styles: https://venuefrisor.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options
