Mobile site not loading properly

My mobile site isn’t loading properly, the link is https://www.millionmarketing.co/ it is fine on PC but as soon as I check it on mobile it loads the top of the page weirdly and just shows all the code/css instead of the features of my site. I have spoke to the person who created the theme and I have checked all over the internet and tried applying these but none of them are helping resolve the problem. I am hoping to launch soon and this is a really stressful problem for me.

But when I go to the bottom of the page (footer) it offers me to ‘view full site’. After pressing this I am able to view my site properly but obviously this is wrong.

You use the self-hosted WordPress version(.org).We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
Please either contact your developer or submit your query to WordPress.org forums.
