Mobile site not loading properly – not the same as full site

  My site isn’t loading properly on mobile. You can’t see any issues in the admin console only when you take off maintenance mode and try to look on at the site on your phone. The issue is with the header and footer as far as I can see – They are the parts that are having loading issue. All perfect on a computer.
  If you click view full site at the bottom all displays fine so it seems like its something small I’ve missed.
