Mobile Site Not Working

  We are a little bit confused as to why our mobile responsive site isn’t working on mobile devices!

  The website works fine on a desktop, but when viewed from a mobile there are lots of things wrong. For example, the words ‘Travel Bugs Together’ appear at the top (this was the name of the website before we changed it and before we switched domains). All that is shown is the featured image of our most recent post, and then the option to change from a mobile site to the desktop version – can anybody shed any light on why this might be happening? We’re using the Crescent theme.
