Mobile site showing different screen?!

  Hi can anyone help me im about to launch my site and when giving the link out its taking to the wrong screen format, I’ve cleared all cache and cookies and tried again and its still same it should be mobile friendly which it is pixagraphy theme but when click on link its got a blue tab at top and a black square then my homepage writing underneath…you scroll down to bottom and it says view full site but even that just takes back to same screen?? I need to launch this today so any help would be appreciated thanks…

  Im not sure whether it has something to do with w3 cache plugin not sure what I pressed yesterday but ive deactivated that now incase clashed or something??

  its getting ridiculous now im with Bluehost and they said it may be issue with plugins but I’ve tried everything and can’t get to work ive been offered I should pay to get help but I wasn’t told any of this from when I agreed the package with Bluehost/wordpress its really silly that there’s no help available ive done everything on my own with a little help from website builder.org I really wish I didn’t choose these platforms!! Not happy AT ALL!!

  Just want to be able to send a link out that works and to launch my website!!
