Mobile site view

  Hello. I used to be able to see my blog in ‘mobile site view’ on my Samsung phone. At the bottom was a link that said ‘see full site’ and I clicked it. Now I see the full site, and that works fine. But there is supposed to be an option at the bottom of my homepage to switch to ‘mobile site.’ But it is not showing anywhere on my homepage. So… HOW DO I SWITCH BACK TO MOBILE SITE VIEW ON MY PHONE??
