Mobile Submenus Not Showing Properly

    I have a few non-clickable menu items that expand to submenus. They show fine on desktop; however, on mobile, there are no ‘tick marks’ or different levels showing for these submenus – all menu items are showing in a straight line down the page, with no delineation between main menu/submenu etc. This makes the non-clickable menu items seem as if they can be clicked. Is there any workaround for this? I am using the Morden theme.
