I would like it to open in the cell phone and ipad in the same way that opens on desktop.
I Have clicked on the dashboard under “appearance” – “Mobile” – “disable mobile theme” but nothing happened.
My template is reddle. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I just checked the settings for Appearance > Mobile on your blog and I found that the first setting there that says “Enable mobile theme” is set to “Yes.”
Can you try changing it to “No” again?
Can you let me know if you’re having trouble saving?
Here is a direct link to your Appearance > Mobile page:
https://salapop.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-optionsI also noticed that you have copy and pasted a ton of the theme CSS into the Appearance > Customize > CSS editor. That is not a good idea unless you are very advanced with CSS and know how to adjust all the lines that need adjusting when starting to code CSS for a blank HTML structure from scratch — which is an advanced option available here at WordPress.com for those who are experts with CSS. If you’re not sure about it, I would recommend removing the CSS you have now and just pasting back only the updated CSS rules that you change instead of copying the original CSS (which may cause you further problems).

I did it now (disable mobile theme) and I stills opening the mobile theme at my cell phone, not the desktop layout.
The reason I pasted the code is that I wanted to increase the main column and I couldn´t do in normal ways, the only way I found it was manipulating the code.

Mobiles sometimes rely very heavily on cached pages. I just visited your site on my iPhone and see the full site, not the mobile theme. If you are still seeing the mobile theme, clear the browser cache on your mobile phone and then visit your site again.

I’ve just realized that the terminology we’re using might be a little confusing. The mobile theme is a completely separate design. Here is an example of what the mobile theme looks like, with the blue menu and search bar at the top:
http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/mobile-screenshots.pngAnd I see that you have turned it off in your Appearance > Mobile setting now—which means the responsive version of Reddle should now be showing, and I bet that’s what you’re asking to turn off.
I think you can actually do that in the Reddle theme without too much extra work if you ignore my initial advice to only keep changed CSS :) and make a few other adjustments which I can explain how to do.
Your main goal will be to remove all of the @media rules. Those blocks are the parts of the theme that cause a different design to display depending on the screen width. To do it, you will want to copy and paste all of the theme’s original CSS (you’ve already done this), then remove all the blocks of CSS at the bottom that start with @media making sure to delete the CSS rules inside the blog as well as the opening curly brace “{” and the closing “}” curly brace so that you don’t have any extra braces left where they shouldn’t be. Next, you’ll want to check the option that says “Don’t use the theme’s original CSS” in the Appearance > Customize > CSS panel below the editor. At that point, you will see the same design on phones that you see for the large desktop, but parts of it probably won’t look good. You will need to adjust anything that doesn’t look good from there with separate CSS rules that you write.
I really would recommend against trying to remove responsive design though. Those designs are made specifically to keep websites readable and usable on small screen sizes.
There is another down side to doing this, which is that if you use your own copy of the CSS and turn off the theme’s CSS then you won’t get updates and bug fixes from the developers if any are added. It’s a tradeoff.
I hope this help explain mobile themes versus responsive design a little bit better than before! Sorry if I misunderstood your first request. You might also like this help page which explains a little more about the responsive design layout compared to other types of layouts:

Hi there,
At first glance, this is because you haven’t checked the “Start Fresh — Don’t use the theme’s original CSS.” box at the bottom of your CSS editor, as Sheri advised.
However, I would like to echo Sheri’s caution against making your mobile site look just like your full site. The reason that the mobile version of a theme moves the widgets to the bottom is because when a reader loads your site on a narrow screen, such as a mobile phone, the sidebar makes everything too crowded and difficult to read and navigate. Should your readers want to load the full site with standard layout on their mobile device anyway, there’s a link in the footer where they can do that.
