Mobile theme does not show widget

The widgets on the sidebar don’t show up on the mobile theme. I am using theme Rowling, which is a responsive one. At first everything was normal and the widgets were visible on the phone, but after I deleted all widgets and replaced with new ones, those new widgets now don’t show up on mobile theme anymore.
What is the exact problem that makes it like this? How should I fix this?

If you disable the mobile theme, the widgets in Rowling should appear when viewed on mobile devices.

As Rowling is responsive, the mobile theme is not necessary – it’s only really intended to be used for old themes that are not responsive.
