Mobile theme not working

When i go to my mobile version of my site the theme doesnt work?, if i click on a different tab and then go back to my front page, then it sometimes works but not all the time. i have recently been informed also that my desktop theme doesnt work either. although, when i look at it, it does work so i am not sure if thats just their side its not working for or what.

When I visit advancedfitnessuk.com, the theme is resizing to fit mobile devices (like the Lodestar theme demo).
Can you make a screenshot of what you are seeing and upload it to your Media Library? You can then reply here or start a chat and we’ll take a look.

@kyrajaade, in your screenshot, I’m seeing the default mobile theme. It’s an older setting we used when most themes did not come with a responsive version.
If that’s not what you want, can you go to My Site > wp-admin > Appearance > Mobile, and choose No on Enable Mobile Theme? Your theme probably has its own responsive version.
Save the settings, then if you’re still having trouble, please upload another screenshot. Thank you!

i disabled the mobile theme but now my navigation button doesnt work and still switches between what theme its using depending on what page i am on

Hi there,
The navigation button on your site works fine for me on mobile (Chrome on Android), and I see the same theme as on desktop, no matter what page on your site I view.
If you’re still seeing issues, it could be the browser cache, i.e. your browser still remembers what a particular page looked like and just loads it from memory instead of checking for the current version on our servers. Open the Settings menu for your mobile browser and click on the Privacy option. You should see the option to clear the cache there.
Let me know if that doesn’t make any difference.
