Mobile Theme not working, only default mobile theme shown

    I am currently using Oslen Light theme. When I view the mobile setting from Oslen Light’s customized tool from my PC, it looks perfectly fine. But when I used my mobile to view my page, it is not loading the Oslen Light theme. This just happened a week or two ago, and I never change any codes or what-so-ever because I don’t know how to do so anyways.

    How should I debug this and where should I start from?
