Mobile User Follow Button

Hello.
Whenever a new user reaches my website using a tablet or mobile device, they usually start on my main page, AkashSky.com
On this page, I have my most recent blog post in descending order, with a sidebar containing my follow button and other things.
However, the problem is that mobile users do not get access to this side bar as it is pushed to the very bottom of my blog, underneath every single on of my blog post. As a result, it is extremely difficult for a mobile user to follow my blog.
Is there a way for me to push the follow button to the top of my blog, or have it appear directly after my newest blog post?
